In October, 2004        Tried to produce machine tool control cabinet and obtained the recognition of North
                                 Okuma (Beijing) Machine Tool Co. Ltd. 

In November, 2004     Obtained the Customs Registration Certificate and the certificate of import and export
                                 rights.

In December, 2004     Won the recognition of the Environmental Protection Bureau. 

In December, 2004     Obtained the formal business license.  

In December, 2004     Obtained the GB Standard Certification (National Bureau of Quality and Technical
                                 Supervision).

In December, 2004     Started to bring in control cabinet, native material, operation panel and other products of
                                 North Okuma (Beijing) Machine Tool Co., Ltd, a joint venture of Japanese North Okuma
                                 Machine Tool Co., Ltd. in Beijing.

In January, 2005         Signed commissioned manufacturing contract with General Manager of North Okuma, and
                                 started the normalized manufacturing and sales.  

In December, 2005      Passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management
                                 System Certification, and obtained the Certificate of AAA-grade Credit Rating of Foreign
                                 Trade Enterprise.

In 2005                      Sold a total of 178 units of electrical cabinets, with the turnover increased to
                                 RMB 12.36 million yuan and the import volume increased to RMB 7.1395 million yuan.
